ITI Retreat Oct 1–4, 2026 Reserva Alecrim, Portugal

You became a great dentist. Now become a leader.

What you'll walk away with

Three things you take home.

01 From the Growth Stations

A sharper leader

  • A personal communication framework
  • An energy routine that survives a clinical week
  • Your own leadership style
  • A professional identity you can own
02 From the group

A network for life

  • Ambitious peers, all aspiring leaders
  • Colleagues at your career stage
  • Shared challenges, shared growth
  • Colleagues you'll be calling for decades
03 From the setting

Real direction

  • Space away from the clinic and the noise
  • Room to ask the questions you never get to
  • Clarity, not just notes

Who it's for

Built for the dentist who wants more than a busier chair.

If you're great clinically but ready to lead — a team, a room, a reputation — you're exactly who we built this for.

The practice builder

You own a practice, or you're about to. The clinical part you've got. Leading the team, setting the culture, making the calls — that's the next mountain.

The rising voice

You want to teach, present, and be known for more than your hands. You're ready to step on stage and own it.

The one feeling the stretch

You're delivering at a high level and paying for it in energy. You want direction and balance before burnout makes the choice for you.

Most attendees are clinicians in implant dentistry, roughly 30–45, early-to-mid career — ambitious about where their career goes beyond the chair.

Looking for clinical CE or hands-on implant technique? This isn't that — and that's the point.

The program

A four-day arc, not a timetable.

Small groups rotate through immersive Growth Stations — real conversations and shared experiences, not slides and lectures.

  1. Thu, Oct 1

    Meet & belong

Leave the clinic behind. Meet your group, share a lakeside BBQ, and start the conversations. By night one, the room feels like yours.

  2. Fri, Oct 2

    Find your voice

Move through three Growth Stations, then join ITI leadership for lunch. In the afternoon, choose your pace: paddleboard, ride, e-bike, or hike. End the day with dinner together.

  3. Sat, Oct 3

    Build what lasts

Three more Growth Stations focused on reputation, balance, and team. The afternoon winds down with a wine tasting and a shared evening together.

  4. Sun, Oct 4

    Reflection to action

Breakfast and closing reflection. You write your Letter to Future Self, delivered back to you in two years. You leave with momentum and direction.

The Growth Stations

Eight sessions. Each one ends with something you can use.

Not lectures, but small-group conversations — by the lake, on a walk, and in the sunset lounge. Each is built around a real-world challenge you face in practice, and each leaves you with a tool you can take with you.

Beyond the sessions

The best conversations happen off the agenda.

Between the Growth Stations the days open up — long evenings by the water, an afternoon outdoors, a table full of wine and new colleagues. Often the parts you'll still be talking about a year later.

The setting

A place that gives you room to think.

Reserva Alecrim isn't a conference hotel — it's part of the experience. Set in the rolling hills of Alentejo, this eco-conscious glamping retreat replaces meeting rooms with geodesic domes, infinity pools, and quiet lakes. Here, the landscape slows everything down. The stillness makes space for honest conversations — with others and with yourself — that lead to real change.

Where you stay

Three nights, woven into the landscape.

Beautifully designed glamping units — suspended domes, lakeside cabins, and eco-suites, each fully equipped and built into the setting. Come solo for the quiet, or share with a colleague for the lower per-person rate.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

Who is this for?

Clinicians in implant dentistry, roughly 30–45, early-to-mid career, who want to grow as leaders — not just as operators. See Who it's for above for the full picture.

Do I need to be an ITI member to attend?

No — everyone is welcome. ITI members pay a lower rate, so if you're planning to join, becoming a member first can more than pay for itself.

What's included in the price?

Everything that matters: three nights' glamping accommodation, all meals and drinks, every growth station and activity, and round-trip transfers from Lisbon Airport. Prices exclude 23% VAT.

Can I come with a friend or colleague?

Yes — and you'll both save. Share accommodation and each of you pays the lower per-person rate. Coming as a group of friends works the same way: everyone books the per-person sharing rate.

How do I get there?

Fly into Lisbon Airport. Round-trip shuttle transfers between the airport and Reserva Alecrim are included in your ticket, so you don't need to arrange ground travel.

Is this clinical CE?

No — and that's the point. This is deliberately "beyond implantology": communication, leadership, resilience, and the human skills clinical training rarely covers.

What's the accommodation like?

Designed eco-glamping at Reserva Alecrim — suspended domes, lakeside cabins, and eco-suites for one to two guests, each fully equipped. For questions about room types and sharing, email Sven Pfeiffer or call / WhatsApp +41 (0)79 616 73 29.
