Who it's for
If you're great clinically but ready to lead — a team, a room, a reputation — you're exactly who we built this for.
You own a practice, or you're about to. The clinical part you've got. Leading the team, setting the culture, making the calls — that's the next mountain.
You want to teach, present, and be known for more than your hands. You're ready to step on stage and own it.
You're delivering at a high level and paying for it in energy. You want direction and balance before burnout makes the choice for you.
Most attendees are clinicians in implant dentistry, roughly 30–45, early-to-mid career — ambitious about where their career goes beyond the chair.
Looking for clinical CE or hands-on implant technique? This isn't that — and that's the point.
The program
Small groups rotate through immersive Growth Stations — real conversations and shared experiences, not slides and lectures.
Leave the clinic behind. Meet your group, share a lakeside BBQ, and start the conversations. By night one, the room feels like yours.
Move through three Growth Stations, then join ITI leadership for lunch. In the afternoon, choose your pace: paddleboard, ride, e-bike, or hike. End the day with dinner together.
Three more Growth Stations focused on reputation, balance, and team. The afternoon winds down with a wine tasting and a shared evening together.
Breakfast and closing reflection. You write your Letter to Future Self, delivered back to you in two years. You leave with momentum and direction.
The Growth Stations
Not lectures, but small-group conversations — by the lake, on a walk, and in the sunset lounge. Each is built around a real-world challenge you face in practice, and each leaves you with a tool you can take with you.

Understand your own leadership style and learn to adapt it to the moment — coaching, directing, supporting, or empowering as the situation calls.
The trends, ethics, and responsibilities shaping the next era of the profession, and your evolving role in it.
The setting
Reserva Alecrim isn't a conference hotel — it's part of the experience. Set in the rolling hills of Alentejo, this eco-conscious glamping retreat replaces meeting rooms with geodesic domes, infinity pools, and quiet lakes. Here, the landscape slows everything down. The stillness makes space for honest conversations — with others and with yourself — that lead to real change.
Where you stay
Beautifully designed glamping units — suspended domes, lakeside cabins, and eco-suites, each fully equipped and built into the setting. Come solo for the quiet, or share with a colleague for the lower per-person rate.
Nine room types to choose from — tiny houses, domes, and bungalows. Swipe each card for more photos.
Tiny houses set around two biological lakes and a private beach — queen room plus a bunk room, deck, and kitchenette. Set in the Casas do Lago area, the kitchenette has a ceramic hob, coffee machine, microwave, and fridge — a tranquil setting ideal for couples or colleagues sharing.
A two-level duplex pairing a cozy tiny house below with a dome above — two queen beds and serene water views. Tucked into the tranquil Casas do Lago area, with a full kitchenette — designed for couples or colleagues who want a little more space over two levels.
An intimate dome for two, with sweeping views over the cork-oak forest. Queen bed, private bath, kitchenette. An open-plan dome looking out across the Alentejo cork-oak forest toward the sea — kitchenette with ceramic hob, coffee machine, microwave, and fridge.
A larger dome with room to share, framed by the same forest-to-sea views and finished to the same eco-design standard. A spacious, open-plan dome with a kitchenette — comfortable for a solo guest who wants more room, or a small group.
Elevated three-bedroom domes near the pools and sunset lounge — ideal for sharing with two colleagues. A spacious three-bedroom duplex at the top of the property, with easy access to the indoor and outdoor pools and a kitchenette.
Two double bedrooms, full kitchen, and a private upper dome. Air conditioning, linens, and a welcome pack. A thoughtfully designed two-level dome in the heart of nature, with a second kitchen and a private bathroom in the upper dome — comfort and privacy for couples or sharing.
Warm wood-panelled bungalows steps from the pools, restaurant, and sunset lounge, with a shared deck. Close to the communal areas, including the indoor and outdoor pools, with a kitchenette and a shared spacious deck — comfortable for couples or colleagues sharing.
A snug, self-contained studio for solo guests who want to be close to the heart of the retreat. Also known as the Eco Pod — a cozy wood-panelled studio with a kitchenette and shared deck, close to the indoor and outdoor pools.
One-bedroom units at the top of the property, moments from the pools, activity park, and restaurant. A cozy, convenient unit with a compact kitchenette and wooden floors, just steps from the outdoor swimming pools.

No — everyone is welcome. ITI members pay a lower rate, so if you're planning to join, becoming a member first can more than pay for itself.
Everything that matters: three nights' glamping accommodation, all meals and drinks, every growth station and activity, and round-trip transfers from Lisbon Airport. Prices exclude 23% VAT.
Yes — and you'll both save. Share accommodation and each of you pays the lower per-person rate. Coming as a group of friends works the same way: everyone books the per-person sharing rate.
Fly into Lisbon Airport. Round-trip shuttle transfers between the airport and Reserva Alecrim are included in your ticket, so you don't need to arrange ground travel.
No — and that's the point. This is deliberately "beyond implantology": communication, leadership, resilience, and the human skills clinical training rarely covers.

Beyond the sessions
The best conversations happen off the agenda.
Between the Growth Stations the days open up — long evenings by the water, an afternoon outdoors, a table full of wine and new colleagues. Often the parts you'll still be talking about a year later.
BBQ at the Lake
Drop clinical mode the moment you arrive. Fire, food, and the lake at dusk — by the end of night one, the room is already yours.
Outdoor Escapes
Pick what suits you — movement and adventure, or calm exploration. Recharge in the landscape and grow through the shared experience.
Wine & a Long Table
A relaxed afternoon that flows into a local wine tasting, a shared dinner, and an open evening — gather, unwind, and connect at your own pace.
